Details: | Had item for over a week before claiming the front case had a small crack and then demanded a full refund filing a PAYPAL dispute before attempting to resolve. The computer was not damaged at all before posting. The damage the buyer describes would certainly have been noticeable immediately. It appears the buyer has done the damage themselves.
