they bought a super rare out of print new sealed cd, opened used it. got a return request for the item stating they didn't like the music, after they s end a message claiming I sent them the wrong item and wanted to return it. amazon like always approves these fraudulent claims at sellers expense to retune the item. still waiting for them to return item. does not reply to messages just keeps calling buyer support and I keep get stupid messages saying to contact buyer which I do and they never respond

When we ship items untracked in our own store, less than 1% files a "non-received" claim with PayPal. When we did the same using Amazon, 14% "never received" the merchandise. Amazon greatly promotes buyer fraud.

Amazon will always side with the buyer. They love to kiss their asses and that will never end. as an amazon seller you will get scammed all the time. first reason is that buyers will always know they will get away with anything they want including scamming sellers left and right. amazon will always screw you over because they know the buyer can file a chargeback take the money away form amazon and they a re paranoid that the seller is going to disappear leaving them holding the $2 chargeback (for a billion dollar company). Since the money for the seller comes directly from Amazon, there's shit the seller can do, just take it up the ass. refund the buyer the money that is not amazon's or give the product amazon doesn't own, they dont care because they lost nohting. you as the seller risk the product and the money. amazon knows this but dont care.
