On receipt, he gave this POSITIVE FEEDBACK: " Never received it, and they just gave me a refund without my consent".

He gives this feedback to ALL SELLERS in the last ONE YEAR!!!
Even if he receives the package, he STILL gives this positive/negative feedback "Never received it, and they just gave me a refund without my consent"

Reported him to eBay for policy violations.
Right now, his eBay ID is being reviewed.

Please don't sell to this crazy guy. BLOCKED HIM all the way!!!
