Ordered $273 worth of goodie bags. Items were sent via FedEx and was confirmed as delivered. Customer then went to her credit card company and stated she never placed a PayPal order. We reached out to her multiple times asking for the return of the goodie bags with return postage paid and she never responded. Later PayPal disputed her claim with her credit card company. She has a history of making these claims and PayPal has now restricted or closed her account.
