David Moore not only cannot own up to his own ordering errors but will go insanely crazy repeatedly attacking a seller in the middle of the evening instead of accepting his own error. David Moore seems like he has a serious substance or mental problem in how he deals with inexpensive small matters. Stay away from this very crazy David Moore person in Victor, New York. Use extreme caution when dealing with the seller, ITPartStore.com / ITPartSource.com / eBay seller: spottedunicorn. If anything goes wrong with the transaction, employees will become abusive and post false information about the buyer on this web site. In my case, I didn't even ask for a refund and this abusive post resulted from only a few emails on a Friday afternoon during business hours. I have never personally spoken to anyone at their store in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada. I have never been had substance abuse or mental problems. My only mistake is doing business with them. In 23 years on eBay I have 100% positive feedback (dsmoore), including from spottedunicorn. You be the judge.

ITPartStore, ITPartSource, spottedunicorn feedback over 99% positive combined in over 10,000 cases. eBay sellers can ONLY give positive feedback to buyers and can never change. Most eBay sellers have automatic settings to immediately give positive feedback upon receiving an order which is why we rely on reporting sites such as this to protect other sellers. Buyers only, who do not sell, on eBay as a result cannot possibly have anything less than 100% positive feedback. THIS My staff can recall his repeated many, MANY message rants in a row through a Friday evening almost year ago when we deal with hundreds of orders daily.

Regardless of ITPartStore.com / ITPartSource.com / eBay seller: spottedunicorn feedback, if the buyer is unlucky enough to have an issue with this company, posts like this cause great pain and harm to those targeted. The New York State police have a report on this company as a result of this post, and I am considering a civil lawsuit against Michael Ball, president and owner of ITPartSource, for clear defamation of character, libel, and character assassination. I do not wish any harm to his business, I only want these horrible comments removed.

First, David Moore, you would need to remove your wrongful lying eBay feedback that defames us for an error you won't own up to for an error you made when we warned you of the possible error before ordering, Secondly, removed the fabricate BBB report you made against us. Thirdly, David Moore, you need to apologize for your ongoing non-stop unanswered rant that worsened with harassment and threats throughout the evening, most likely while my staff was asleep, after we warned you multiple before to stop or we would post like this. You went crazy on us anyway.

You know Mr. David Moore of Rochester area New York, your rant was so bad that my staff for a while on Monday mornings were jokingly asking each other if there were any David Moore's over the weekend. For us to post here is about every 1,000 orders where we feel it is needed to protect other sellers and this case is right up there or we would not waste our time like this. Now it seems like you like to have at least the last few words to satisfy yourself so go ahead and start a rant here now why don't you. You have already done more against us than we have you. If you continue we will rightfully defend ourselves more publicly and on record in retaliation.

So there it is in your own words - retaliation. You made this report for revenge because I posted bad feedback about your company on eBay. My complaint to eBay and my report to the BBB was about your treatment of your customers, not about your posted policies. I did not request a refund for the $7.66 cable I bought from you. You are within your rights to state that you were unhappy with our transaction, but to make statements that I have mental or substance problems is defaming and libelous, particularly as I have never verbally spoken to you or anyone in your company.

And if you received messages in the evening, they came from eBay, not me. You and I only shared a few email messages through eBay, all between 2:00 and 4:45pm on a Friday evening. If you received messages after business hours, they didn't come from me.

And there starts your ranting and lying again as you very well know the eBay messages are no longer accessible. Our retaliation is based on your harassment above and beyond acceptable boundaries, nothing about the transaction itself. You are choosing not to fix the matters but once again escalate them. We gave you a chance to make matters right and you simply take it to the next level again. If you are going to go off at the mouth in an unacceptable manner David Moore, then accept the consequences from it and learn to live with it as it is on you the results it brings as it has here. Our final offer, as the eBay feedback means nothing any longer, remove the BBB you falsely placed against us, and most importantly, apologize to my staff for your unnecessary harassment towards them. Then we will remove this. If you rant on and escalate this further this posting will remain.

This statement is in no way intended to escalate the situation, but you posted here for revenge when I posted negative feedback for you on eBay. You responded to my feedback by stating I “went off on a rant and was drunk or stoned on a Friday night.” This is the reason I involved eBay and they determined your statements were violations of their Threats and offensive language policy and removed your statement. I also have a complete transcript from eBay customer service regarding the very minimal communications I exchanged with your company, not the "extended harassment" you claim. I can prove everything I have stated above and have the emails to prove it. I will be happy to forward them to anyone reading this page who wants so I can clear my name. As you already posted my email address, I invite any readers to request this information directly from me.

As I stated before, I have no interest in harming you or your company. My complaint is not about the products you provided, but your bullying customer service tactics. An internet search of your company will show I am not the only person you have used the same techniques with.

They are fabricated, reworded with missing messages, including the multiple repeated final rants throughout. We saw them and have confirmed this with BBB already. We have 3 staff members that remember this from almost a year ago very clearly as it was so out of the ordinary.
David Moore, why must you continue to make this worse instead of correct your actions instead? Seriously. You believe you are so right you are actually trying to convince everyone and even yourself now. When you wake up and decide to have a positive outcome from this instead of your continuing negative one, let us know by emailing us. Until then there is no further communication with or from us here. This is about your inappropriate and unacceptable behavior towards any employee on the receiving end, nothing else. We are not wasting any more time to fuel you ongoing.

Correct my actions? Michael Ball, I accepted that I was not careful enough to buy the correct cable. Again, my issue was not with your company's "no return" policy. My Issue is that your company threatens buyers not to post bad feedback, then posts personal attacks on this web site as revenge. This message and it's content from you shows a continuation of the same bullying tactics. I agree, comparatively speaking, that there you have few negative eBay transactions, but for those in the minority that have been defamed be inflated comments on websites such as this one, the pain and legal ramifications to your bullying can go on for years.
I stand behind what I have said you that I will send the original emails to anyone who asks including the message headers to show they are authentic.

So I guess he should have written 5 stars even though it was his own fault he bought the wrong thing, and accepted his loss, and never asked for a refund? its not his fault the shop has an automatic positive reply. It was about 7$. This website is very annoying, I bought something paid for irrevocably by bank deposit, yet buyer wants me to show proof of address, passport, which I gave, then cancels, as I worried about my personal data. I write a 3 star, and out of retaliation she posts all my private data. I’m sorry my experience wasn’t 5 stars Seriously? Its very concerning sellers do this and above

It has nothing to do with the actual sales or a buyer who was scamming in any form or shape. The opposite. The seller could have added to what seller wrote, and it be the end of it, but no the seller wants to get its ‘right’ and a perfect score. All you do is aggravate, and that leads to this, personal attacks, that has nothing to do with buying or selling. Who answers a call in the night anyways if it even happened, Yet when one googled his name, it comes to this, he supposedly is on drugs and mentally challenged? His kids could google and search it. For what? You can’t say that 100% you are sure he is?

I have to agree, posting such defamatory accusations, or the way you posted them, as facts, is very bad business and I have made a note of the business that did this so I can avoid at all costs. Hopefully the victim (buyer) has retained a lawyer and began litigation as it calls for nothing less. Mr. David Moore, I wish you the best and sincerely hope there is still enough good in this world that you can get this issue taken care of with the least amount of damage to either party. Revenge is a sour foe and will only continue to rot the humanity from the user as long as they continue to seek it.
