this scammer bought from Ebay, requested to return 2 items, returned just one used, old different product and kept the other ones.

-my local police and get reference #
-Online police department in buyer area
-IC3.org
-US Postal Inspector

All did it in less than an hour.

If any seller is in same situation, don't think twice, report to those authorities.
