Bought two LED bulbs worth $23US and asked when will it be shipped and asked about tracking. We answered all the questions within 30 minutes.
3 days later received the item and left us a neutral saying "It should show tracking order status". We offer free shipping. You SHOULD ask for tracking service which costs $19 by Canadapost. WE DID NOT STATE FREE SHIPPING = TRACKING SERVICE!!!
