This guy is a feedback bully. He leaves sellers with a neutral rating for fun. He'll type the word "good" for the feedback comment, but with a neutral rating attached to it instead of a positive rating. He has done this with more than one seller. It is feedback abuse and extremely immature, and I highly recommend not doing business with this person.
