This person(s) have used multiple aliases suggesting an operation of fraudulent transactions. Mostly item not received disputes through paypal where they essentially get the item for free. This person had asked for the imei number of an iphone they won. After asking several odd questions in very broken english I googled their address and found other aliases connected to the same address as being bad sellers. BEWARE!
