Taylia Williams purchased an item from my company (third party seller on Walmart Marketplace) and decided to refuse shipment without contacting us or providing any explanation. Instead, she contacted Walmart Customer Care and managed to get a full refund without any consequences. The only time she contacted my company prior to this incident was to ask about the tracking status, and did not say anything about not wanting the item anymore. The shipment arrived at her address within Walmart's required delivery date.
The order was an ATV for kids, an oversized item that weighs 120 lbs and measures 43'' x 25'' x 23''. My company provide free shipping on this item already and is now forced to pay for additional fees because Taylia Williams refused shipment for no apparent reason and without informing us. Walmart Customer Care had already fully refunded her without the item being actually delivered to us, which I know can only happen when the customer was being extremely rude and hostile.
My company would approve her return request if she had contacted us and provide a proper explanation, but she decided to refuse shipment without any notification and did not give my company a chance to help her. Now my company cannot even charge Taylia Williams the return shipping fee or any restocking fee. She wasted my company's merchandise, time, and money. Then got away without any consequences. Be aware of this woman.
