The second you encounter assholes like that moron from Utah, end the transaction right then and there. If the item wasnt shipped, refund the asshole and perm blacklist the asshole. If the item is shipped, then save all his comments, and tell him you'll file fraud charges against him. Your policies are a legal agreement, and not only can that dumb ass be sued for fraud, you can get the asshole on breach of a legal agreement. That should shut the stupid asshole up.
