| Details: | Item sent 4th, from UK to Italy. Just 6 working days later we get a one word message "When?" or "Then"? So we send the tracking information, it shows the item is in Italy. Replied "I do not care if you do not get me for Friday I'm doing a negative feed. Organized better." Again, rude, and threatening, so we replied: "That is not very nice. Post to Italy is often delayed, please be patient and it will arrive, tracking shows it is not far away.
"And you think it's nice how you behaved ... look at my feeds then you realize. You could have a wider deadline as everyone does. I still wait until Friday exactly seven days later and I make a negative feed and open a dispute." Wow, such a rude asshole, avoid! |
