Buyer bought $130 worth of batteries total 12 pieces of them. Buyer claimed she only received 3 batteries in a yellow envelope. When asked, she said she threw away the envelope so she doesn't have any proof to show for USPS claim. When asked her to take a picture of the envelope, she took a picture of a kraft bubble mailer, which is no where similar to our envelope used. We used a USPS Flat Rate Envelope. She opened an a-to-z claim on Amazon and got her money back. She's unwilling to use her information to file a claim. A typical fraudulent buyer.
