Buyer purchased non-returnable clothing item from me. Asked to return because it didn't fit. I advised her of no return policy and she claimed through PayPal that item was not as described. PayPal sided with her even though I provided evidence she was lying and that she did the same thing to another seller a week earlier. She also left negative feedback for the other seller and used foul language in the communication with that seller. She is new to eBay, only had a couple reviews when I sold to her and I've reported her to eBay.
