Purchased a xbox one console bundle off me. Brand new. Was a Xmas gift from my aunt but I already have PS4.
Anyway,
1 week after I shipped it he told me item not as described as he got an xbox 360 instead !!! WTF ?

I asked him to provide proof as the parcel which came with tracking label contains a xbox 360 not xbox One.
He ignored it and filed a credit card chargeback instead.

CC company told him to return it for a refund

Yesterday his return mail came and well, it was a xbox 360 that I did not ever own or seen before!
Now I realize he was actually trying to scam me by swapping his used old console with a new one.

And of course the xbox 360 he shipped does not work with internet connection, I rang up asked Microsoft by quoting the serial number, it is a console banned one.

I email him again, he just told me to use it outside US ?? WTF ???

Now should I report police or what ? Leave message here if you are dealing with him too.
