The buyer told us the parcel not includes the product when she got it, we told her if she could submit a claim on www.usps.com and USPS will provide the receipt, so we could resend it or refund the full paid, but she told us she CAN NOT and said we sent a link to a website with Trojanware and viruses, so guys, do not trust and keep away.
