This buyer threw a fit over an item that was delayed a little over a week by the USPS. She opened a case absolutely as soon as she could. I was forced to refund her because the case was going to expire (so I didn't get dinged on my account for it). She promised she would pay for the item if it did arrive. The item was located by the USPS right after she received her refund. I called eBay and they told me to either have her refuse the package or pay for the item again. I sent her an email asking her to do one of the two. She responded viciously essentially stating that she deserved to keep the item and the $134 refund because I hadn't apologized enough.
