This buyer threw a fit over an item that was delayed a little over a week by the USPS. She opened a case absolutely as soon as she could. I was forced to refund her because the case was going to expire (so I didn't get dinged on my account for it). She promised she would pay for the item if it did arrive. The item was located by the USPS right after she received her refund. I called eBay and they told me to either have her refuse the package or pay for the item again. I sent her an email asking her to do one of the two. She responded viciously essentially stating that she deserved to keep the item and the $134 refund because I hadn't apologized enough. |

thats why you should of refunded the bitch in the fist place. right now she filed a fraud dispute which was not your fault, the item was in transit. She bascially took possession of stolen merchandise. Her own admittance that she is "keeping" the item is admission of theft. Tell the bitch that if she doesnt refund or give the item back in its original condition, your going to call her local police department and file petty theft charges against her.
