Details: | Misuse of buyer protection policy. She took so long to pay I had to open an unpaid item case. Even then, she waited until the very last day to pay for the item. She told me she could take as long as she wanted and I would just have to deal with it (hmm...). To spite me, she opened an "I have received my item yet" case after tracking information had already been uploaded and item was in transit. eBay, being the fuckholes that they are, awarded her the win (are you kidding me?). I appealed the decision immediately thereafter since the tracking info declared the item delivered. I won the appeal. She left negative feedback and sent me a message that said "that will teach you to mess with me". eBay won't remove the negative feedback, nor will they do anything about her blatantly spiteful misuse of policy. Fuck 'em both.
Additionally, I believe her information to be false. There are no public records matching her name, no inof at all on google. The name I found in public records for the provided address isn't even close, and is male. Therefore, I believe her to be a minor, which is another violation of eBay policy on her behalf. |
