Nicholas James Alan Schill is a total lunatic, makes false claims about the order in an attempt to get the product for free. Sends message stating the item is not as described, but in the same message says they are disabled, doesn't drive, and doesn't "Do Returns". Wants us to refund the payment so they can keep the item for free.

The thing you should do is immediately state your policies on every listing. The second no matter who it is or what the amount is, that tries to give you a hard time, complain, or violate your policies, get rid of them. They are up to something point blank to rip you off. They dont care about you anything else. You know they are going to give you bad feedback, so refund them and report them immediately.
