| Details: | Janet it a total B**** she is a liar a thief. We sold her three shorts and made sure we packed all three. We always weigh and scan all of our packages to make sure to make sure we are sending our buyers the right thing in case they state otherwise. She messaged us saying we only sent her 2 shorts. We checked our records and saw we didn't but told he we would issue a refund for that one that was missing. She didn't want a refund, she wanted to send all the items back. We approved her return request and a few days later her package back to us arrives... empty. She had actually gone as far as to send back some rocks to make the package weigh the same as three shorts. She then messaged us asking if we received her package. We told her what the package contained and she said if we don't give her a full refund, she will give us bad feedback and file a claim to get her money back. We issued her a refund in order to not deal with the BS and she filed a claim anyway and found our email address and messaged us saying if we don't send her money to her PayPal account she would give us negative feedback. We showed this to Amazon and they did nothing. We still have the negative feedback sitting in our feedbacks. We are out of the merchandise and the money. We now have a negative feedback on Amazon and a claim/dispute. And Amazon is threatening to suspend our account for not being customer friendly. Stay away from her she is the DEVIL |

She asked me if I sell child pornography and when I said no, she reported me to eBay saying that I solicited sex from her. I looked her up and she is an old hag, why in the world would I ever solicit sex from her. Also, eBay didn't even look at our message history, they just took her word for it. Now I am going thru, trying to get my eBay account back in order. This is how some of us make a living.

Janet Merutka from San Diego is extremely demented. She bought something off of me from Amazon and then opened a return request and send back an empty stuffed box. Then when I messaged her about it she opened an A-Z claim, she either has problems or is so poor she needs to cheat honest sellers out of their money for her own personal gain.
