Purchased an item from me on eBay. Shipped the same day and arrived the next day. Item shows Delivered based on tracking. Two days later, without contacting me, buyer opens a case against me claiming Item Not Received. I send another item in attempt to resolve the issue. New tracking shows Delivered. Buyer then escalates to eBay, I lose even though I have 2 tracking numbers that both show Delivered to the address. So he gets the money and gets 2x the items. Bad scammer.
