This buyers always couldn't receive the item and asked for a refund. Most feedbacks he left were "honest seller". I also contacted other ebay sellers via his feedback. Several sellers replied me that they received the same email and were threated a PaypThis buyer's email:
"Hello.
I haven't received anything, and as I am waiting for one month, I think there is a big problem.
I asked my post office, and nothing arrived, so the problem is maybe between you and France.
You look honnest, you can understand me, I can't wait anymore.
I would like to be refunded, in order to buy it in France where I will be sure of the delivery.
If you do that, no problem I will let you a good mark (you are honnest), but if you refuse, I will let you a bad mark to prevent others and I will contact PayPal.
