Buyer bought a Transformers Leader Class Doubledealer from us, we accidentally ship him a leader class optimus prime. Since we take photos of the items before mailing out, we were able to find the mistake right after we mailed it out and we notified the buyer to return it or refuse the package. Buyer received the package, opened a return but never returned it. 16 days later, the buyer opened another claim for the same transaction, this time he shipped back a beat up optimus prime box with a used voyager optimus prime in it. We contacted the buyer, he never replied, likely Amazon is not going to do anything. Seller beware!
