Carlos Silveira is a complete theif. Will buy items and then file a false dispute claiming thats not what he had ordered. In fact when the company ships exactly what he has ordered he will file disputes to steal item. Then wants to make up his own refund pricing on items. Will deliberately wait outside the warranty period and then file disputes against company to steal items. Mail order fraud charges have been filed against this theif.
