Very picky on item condition so we offered refund as always. Auction does require buyer to pay return shipping. Buyer then wanted refund first and accused seller of trying rip them off for the item. Ebay is not set up to make sure buyer returns item after a refund so repeated that he must return item for refund. Stated that seller though he was stupid and he knew that seller was trying to rip him off. I told him to file case through eBay if not comfortable a so he filed case. Ebay told him to send item back for refund, but did not trust Ebay either and never did. Left negative feedback when everyone was trying to help him. I don't THINK that he is stupid. "Know" is more accurate with a bit of paranoia to be thrown in for good measure.
