Very dishonest and unprofessional. We promised the buyer a full refund if he just would return the item but he refused to return it. |

The fact the buyer is a lying scumbag. He knew what he was buying and knew the shipment. The checkout clearly states what the shipment method was not to mention the receipt. He was merely looking to see how much he could rip you off, if he made a fake complaint and you'd jump at his BS, and give him money back as much towards free as he could get away with.
