Details: | Buyer purchased small 10 inch TV. Claimed it arrived with the box damaged and the TV Case cracked. Wanted to ship it back and wanted return label. Explained shipping it back would void insurance, just take a few pictures of the box and TV and submit to me and I will refund. Claimed he didn't know how to do that. Then wanted to take the "discussions" off of ebay messages. Refused to send a picture. Ebay did not refund since he would not cooperate with the insurance filing. It was a TOTAL SCAM. STAY AWAY. |

Good you did the right thing. Stick to your policies, do not let the buyer get away with anything, regardless of the threats he makes or whatever. Follow your own policies, stick to them, and file fraud charges against the buyer. Just another scumbag from NY and NY you dont have to deal with.
