the credit card didnt find anything in your favor. the fact is the spics reasons for filing the chargeback was prob more than 90 days or some bullshit informations the banks knew they could get nailed for fraud. thats why they sided with you. but you give no information so we cant say anything on what happened.

Yeah the spick tried to file the chargeback after his day to file it and catch you off guard. Just makes ure you get a list of every single chargeback type the buyer can file against you and make sure you have policies and procedures to establish that you can prove the buyer is a scammer. THe more effective things you can do, is get signatures on invoices, terms, and shipping receipt of items.

The credit card company didn't do anything for you. They are not your friend, your partner in business, they are their to collect as much money as they can in fees from you. The fact that you won and the only reason why you won was the spick filed the charge back against you too late. There must of been a 60 day limit from the purchase date. They did jack shit because you could of just said hey the agreement says 60 days and now its 90. The fact the buyers credit card company also knew what and yet they still went ahead with the dispute.

Just remember one thing, TRUST NO ONE when it comes to taking credit cards. EVERYONE is out to screw you over, they will SCREW YOU OVER because its not anyone elses money and product up for stealing. The buyers bank doesnt care, the buyer doesnt care and certainly your processing company HELL SHIT DOESNT CARE. You have to know your rights on what charge backs are, the limitations, what the codes are and what documents and evidence to submit. Always get signatures for invoices and terms and conditions, signatures for shipments to only to the credit card owner only and only to the credit card's verfified billable address
