Joe Gawne committed eBay fraud, purchased Marvel Legends Action Figures *sealed in box* BY the Manufacturer on April 30 2024. He expressed interest in getting a refund because item was too expensive after shipping and tax. I informed him I accept returns and he would have to mail the item back. He said no problem. On August 20 he opens a false dispute with his bank claiming I sent him counterfeit figures from Ali Express. I told him I never received the items back nor did he return or ship the merchandise back to me after the 30 day return policy. He still has not returned my merchandise and created a fraudulent chargeback for an item he never returned. As a result my funds were placed on hold 90 days after his false claims. Dispute is under investigation. Sellers avoid this buyer. He falsely claims I never responded. I have submitted all evidence including screen shots of purchase receipts from GameStop. I have over 16 years of experience selling action figures I have never bought figures from Ali Express. Buyer kept my merchandise and never shipped merchandise back.
