The buyer purchased cell phones on my website's online using a mastercard but then again denied they made a purchase online on their credit card. When the buyer placed the orders we made several conversations first one they ordered two new phones but at that time we didn't have two so we sent them message telling them that we don't have two new samsung galaxy S10+, instead we have new one and other one pre-owned but like new and they said is ok to send one new and an other pre-owned one so we did ship to them and they received according the UPS tracking Number.
