Buyer made a duplicate order by mistake and un-truthfully chose the option of "not as described" for their reason to return the duplicate item purchased. We accepted the return according to our return policy which states that the buyer covers the return shipping charges. Buyer claims they sent the product back but cannot provide any tracking or proof it was shipped. When we asked for a tracking number they said they sent it back using the label we provided - we provided no label - although Amazon does allow customers to print an address label with no shipping. It appears that the customer applied the label with no postage and the package was lost. The customer opened an A to Z claim with Amazon to try and forcibly get their money back for their mistakes. |
