This buyer Marisol Aldana ordered Adidas running shoes to me in ebay on Mar. 24. According to the buyer's order I have shipped the item without any problem at that time. But the buyer opened a chargeback case in Paypal a few days after shipping. I submitted the arrival evidence on Apr. 20 and all the communications between me and the buyer to Paypal. However Paypal notified it is unauthorized by the credit card issuer so decided the case for the buyer's favor on May. 1. And added that I should talk to the buyer directly. So I requested the buyer to refund my money in this transaction CAD 136.99 together with chargeback fee CAD 15 total CAD 151.99 and she said she's gonna pay me the money in 3weeks because she's out of town. I replied I will wait at that time. After a long waiting I requested her to keep her promise, however she didn't answer me or didn't refund me at all. Her excuse "out of town" is ridiculous because if there is a computer she can pay me back anytime she want, anywhere she is. What place in the world that doesn't have computer now? If there is no computer she can pay me back with smartphone. She was gonna commit fraud and intended taking my item without paying any money from the beginning. I protested both Paypal and ebay a few times but they can't do anything about it though they understand my situation. Consequently this evil women Aldana robbed my money CAD 151.99.
