I tried to buy couches from them, they never shipped, after 3 months of waiting, only 1 guy would ever answer the phone, he was always grump and rude, and wouldn't talk would just 'whats your order number', i would give it, he would say 'cs will email you' and hang up. every time, so Instead of giving him my order number i said 'hey I need to know that you are actually a real company, this is feeling very strange' and he said 'if you wont give me your order number, ill hang up' and hung up on me...
then he signed my personal cell phone number up for about 20 moving services, so i got tons of spam calls. and apparently left this as well
