Buyer lied on a return request saying I sent them items that were not as described. They were clearly and explicitly described multiple times in the description, item details, AND THE TITLE!

The items are "mini cards" and the word "mini" shows up multiple times all over the listing. I typed out the measurements in plain text in multiple places, and showed the measurements in the photos. Every photo had a common item to show the scale, including a US Quarter, a ruler, and a standard pencil. They also said they were expecting branded items, despite the fact that it says in multiple places that they are UNBRANDED, and the photos clearly show the items are UNBRANDED.

I do not accept returns, and the buyer must know that if they LIE then the seller will be forced to do a return. They also sent back damaged merchandise. I am not sure if THEY did it, or if something happened in transit, but the items worked when I sent them out and now they do not.

Buyer would not communicate with me AT ALL.
