Customer paid for overnight delivery and claims Fedex never delivered it because she has cameras although Fedex has it as delivered. We responded instantly saying we would have a replacement sent but buyer did a chargeback instead without letting us refund. Buyer most likely stole coin and was completely unreasonable without allowing us to even refund the purchase and file a claim with Fedex.
