Purchased LG Spirit/MetroPCS used phone w/Sim for $99.95 which included OEM LG black wall charger & USB cord - then requested return & gave three totally different reasons in 3 separate messages days apart. 1. No MetroPCS service available in their local area. (I immediately Authorized Return) 2. 3 days later- stated phone was used - not New as listed (phone was indeed listed as "Used/Very Good Cond.) 3. 4 days later- stated phone was stolen (phone had Clean ESN Report & we even mailed a copy of it along with phone when shipped). We received the phone back 52 days after Delivery Confirmed. Phone was damaged & was sent back with completely different Alcatel white wall charger & USB cord. We refunded $25 due to damage, missing items originally included, & Late Return. Buyer opened up Amazon A-Z Claim (which we WON!)

The fact was she pulled a switch on you. She kept your phone and returned her broken one. The fact that you documented all her excuses and submtited it showed a clear case of fraud by the buyer.
