Purchase a product that was inspected and was simply one set of handles a set of two. Claimed that one was not correct, even though it had been inspected. Asked for a replacement. We have seen this so many times where they really wanted one extra but didn't want to pay for two sets so they claim a fault with one of the set. I physically inspected them myself and not an employee and they are unpackaged inspected and repackaged and was exactly what was ordered.
