Buyer complained about $50 worth of merchandise and requested a return. Instead of making them go through the hassle of a return, I refunded the order in full.

The guy in turn leaves a very disparaging feedback and even goes as far as to attack my character and accuse me of being hostile- simply because I said in a positive feedback in response to his feedback that I had refunded his order but he still chose to leave a disparaging feedback.
