This guy is a scam artist, Chiung -Yao Tsai has many addresses and tel# 886-917602700. He will ask you to lie to american customes to only value item at 80usd. He will buy items from you spending $2000 to $4000, no matter how many images you have he will want a partial refund because he claims item is not right. This fraud needs to be in jail. Block him on ebay, and if you have a web site dont deal with him he will open a case and send an emply box back. He has unethical theives as friends in Chinese customes. Why are all these Chineses buys allowed to scam people, this out of hand. If Africans stole as much as this it would be all over the news.
