| Details: | This user "h.mary12" bought an Unlock Code for a "Sony Vaio model # SVD13225PXB, serial number: 3000323", a Onetime Password which is generated from a 16-character KEY. After he got his computer unlocked then claimed that the password did not worked and requested a refund, we asked to send another KEY and to make a video while performing the unlock procedure, never did, after that opened up a case: "buyer claimed that the item didn't match the description". When I asked the buyer for proof (a video) in order to issue a refund, he opened the case on eBay, never received any proof. As of today we have sold more than 350+ codes and all of them have worked.
