Buyer left negative feedback where they inquire about delivery time. At the same time buyer opened "Item not received" case.
The next day buyer closed "Item not received" case indicating the item was received. Feedback revision request together with messaging and phone call, however negative feedback was not removed.
Here is a punch line: We contacted eBay and spoke to "Korine". Per Korine, the fact that buyer closed "Item Not received" case and indicated that item was received in "NOT INDICATION TO EBAY THAT ITEM WAS RECEIVED"
So, the moral of the story: Nothing new, bad buyers are still out there and eBay, as always, employs "quadrupeds".
