This claim is completely bogus, and fabricated by someone using public knowledge. I have never ordered, nor shopped on the noted website, nor have I ever ripped anyone off by claiming chargebacks of any kind.

We shipped a brand new correct item, the buyer claims wrong item sent and returned completely different used broken item. Courtney Houston is nothing but a common crook.

Your claim is completely bogus, I've never returned a completely broken item or a wrong item. You should honestly find something better to do with your time, and stop these false claims against innocent people. If you had a problem with anyone buying an item, deal with them directly, not filing some bogus claim on a reputable website full of false claims and crooked sellers such as yourself.

Buyer purchased item from me, after delivery buyer or buyer's credit card company started UNAUTHORIZED CHARGEBACK.
After contacting buyer, they claimed they had no knowledge of this, buyer refused to contact their credit card company to close fraudulent case.
I'd avoid this buyer, highly suspicious.

Courtney Houston robbed me as well. Looks like robbing people is her full time job. Courtney Houston ordered an expensive watch and after receiving it she decided that she doesn't like it but she doesn't want to return it either. She kept the watch and done a chargeback. Crooked buyer. Beware.

After the parcel was delivered successfully, the buyer Courtney Houston reported to the bank and said it's a fake card payment, and request the full refund, we sent emails to check, but no response.
