buyer had excuse she was out of town which was the reason why it took so long for her to make a payment. finally ended up making a payment. approximately a week after she received the item, she emailed me stating she was locked out of the device by google. i provided the password and she stated it was not working and requested a refund. i went through the return process thinking it was going to allow the return to take place so she can print the return label but instead a refund was issued. i explained this to the buyer and urged for her to return the item. after this, all contact was cut off by the buyer and the item was never returned.
