First off thats your own fault dont blame anyone else except you. Next time learn to read your merchant agreement and what causes chargebacks. You knew there was a different ship to than the biling address of the credit card. If you got a chargeback for non receipt of merchandise thats your own fault! Your merchant agreement states, ship products to the credit card's billable address. If there's a chargeback for non receipt you the seller must prove the item was delivered to the credit cards' billable address, thats it! Thats why we removed our ship to address and forced everyone to ship to the credit cards' billable. I dont care what buyer's want, if they want it to another address then tell them to get off their asses and change their credit card address.

To the last commenter...We submit all reports of probable scammers to help fellow merchants, not cry about it. Had you read the comments thoroughly, you would see that we reported this buyer because NONE of the contact information provided by the buyer was valid and we were not able to contact the person through any provided means or any searchable info on the internet. As such we were not able to obtain a second form of authorization for 3rd party address shipment so the order was cancelled!! What was that you were saying about it being OUR FAULT again??? The buyer was a BAD BUYER because they did not provide VALID information and placed their order in a pattern typical of fraudsters. In the end it was likely fraud because we were never contacted by the buyer even after the refund was issued.

To the last commenter... I appreciate that you agree with us that it is "fishey" (sp) when a buyer has a different bill to address and requests 3rd party shipping and the buyer's email and phone do not work though I am unable to draw any correlation as to how that misrepresentation by the buyer points to any defect on our behalf as a seller or makes us "suck". Also, the only way you could know what the item was would be if you were the person that attempted to place the order, and if indeed that is the case, you are merely attempting to somehow justify that you provided false information and are upset with us for canceling your order. You are in no way qualified to comment on the product because you did not receive it so your comments are irrelevant.

To the last commenter... I believe that you are Confused on this issue. We were NOT left negative feedback on this transaction. In fact, we never received ANY communication response from the buyer as the buyer in this instance provided all false contact information and we were never able to reach the buyer at any of the provided contact numbers or emails provided in the transaction or that were available via public records search. The buyer in this instance was a bad buyer because they did not provide any valid information and their purchase was made in a pattern typical of a fraudster. We did our diligence as a seller and made every attempt to contact the buyer before canceling their order and issuing a refund. Honestly, at this point it sounds like you are indeed a fraudster and are upset because we reported one of your aliases. Especially since you have no idea of the particulars of this transaction yet you continue to comment as though you do.
