Details: | Teenager left me a negative feedback on a 9.00 with free shipping book. It was brand new and as advertised, but they ordered wrong book by mistake. They left the feedback without contacting me at all and refused to revise it even when I said I'd give them their money back and they could keep the book. I had 100% feedback and I'm always willing to work with buyers. This guy won't give sellers a chance. |

First off, dont ever refund anyone just because. Your ego is tarnished because of 1 stupid negative feedback?
You knew the possibility of having negative feedback could happen and it did. If your that paranoid about your feedback, then move off eBay onto a marketplace store where there is no feedback. You'll save 20% of everything that eBay takes and its the same traffic. Start reducing your dependency on Ebay and start moving into your own means, where your not being held hostage by EBay and their redicilous fees.
