Joshua Boos has multiple Amazon seller accounts to sell books: Sandy Dunes Surplus, FrogCreekMedia, NBSCA, Knowledge Pond, and at least a dozen others. But he does not have any books.
When you order a book, he will turn around and order one from some other seller and tell them to ship it to you. But he does not order the same grade of book. If you paid him $30 for a new copy, he will pay some other seller $10 for a used copy, and he pockets the difference.

He is also vegasbooks ( not a mom-and-pop operation, and not in Vegas ), St. Nick's Choir, cbobooks, DFW Textbooks, Diana Toy Store, and AllPro Books.
He will tell you that the book has been shipped, but when you ask for a tracking number, suddenly he remembers that he doesn't have it. Then he will cancel your order and tell Amazon that YOU canceled it.

WOW! Thank you for posting this. I was just about to order a book from "Sandy Dunes Surplus," but I don't trust Amazon to protect it's customers, so I did a search. Very glad I did.

I just received an email from Amazon saying that "my refund if $xx.xx is being processed"...
no communication from Sandy Dunes Surplus about this refund or why it's being refunded. I'm glad I checked here. Must be more careful when buying books! Thanks!

It is being refunded because he got caught without the book, and could not find any copies to order from some other seller.

Yes. Look through the feedback for complaints of unrequested refunds and for fake tracking numbers.

Is this guy Glass Frog Books? They’re the worst seller I’ve ever dealt with on Amazon. Abysmal. Absolute bottom feeders.

No, Glass Frog Books is a different company. They run the same type of scam, but GlassFrogBooks is owned by David T. Sadler, not Joshua Boos.
Sadler is feeling the heat now. He has changed his Amazon name to GF Books.

This guy purchased a book at $65 and returned a $5 at my cost. Got a full refund since I usually didn't check the returned packages. Emailed him but got no response. Wished I saw this earlier.
