Thats because 70 McCullough Dr Ste. AA8552, New Castle, DE 19720 is a drop ship site where its nothing but a forwarding company to another country. Its a scam. The second the tracking gets into their possession or the item is in their possession, you'll receive a chargeback. They are using a stolen credit card. And as we kept on saying, you sellers deserve to be ripped off because this scam is going on 3 years plus. And no one has called the shipping company in DE to say something.
