As a seller I had terrible issue with this buyer.

A few days after selling he open dispute case by paypal item not received.

I sent him message that he got tracking number he can track item if he will not get it in 30 business days I will give him refund.

So after 20 regular days paypal refund him without letting me response.
Time delivery not passed yet and the package deliver to customer and have refund too.
Also I have got negative feedback :-( without any reseon from customer.
