This persons name is either Luis Mendez or Egnis Colon

This person bought 10 titanium dome nuts on ebay.
I printed out signed for postage but it's unacceptable with Royal Mail to a PO Box, so I cancelled the postage and printed out airmail small packets postage.
When I cancelled the signed for postage I emailed him saying why.
2 days later I had a question through Ebay asking why I cancelled the postage.
I explained I had posted the item airmail small packets.
He then straight away raised a dispute in Ebay saying the items haven't arrived, less than a week after buying the parts.
This guy is hopefully honest but a complete idiot at the very least.
