Item was exactly as described contrary to buyer lying about it. Buyer complained in his email that he wanted a refund but did not want to return it. I told him to return it if he wanted a refund so he created his own label with an incorrect address and it was sent right back to him. He then filed a claim with the Resolution Center and because they do not care where a package ends up, they issued him a full refund and let him keep my collectible Swarovski Crystal. This guy is a theif and Ebay helped him with his scam.
